Having the flu is for the birds!--no pun intended.

I've heard that some who had the flu take a long time to get back to normal. Ok, I don't believe that is true for everyone. DH is all back to normal, but me...almost there. This thing was very draining. Slept for 10 hours some days. I'm doing much better, and coughing much less.

The pitts, I say, that's where it came from.

About plants. DH has several little green leaves coming up in the little pots. Most of them are flowers, some are peas and the rest are beans.

We have some wild bunnies that live under the shed and they have eaten most of the dandelions. I've been watching them eat the flowers, early in the morning. It must be their breakfast. They must have awesome livers,, since dandelions are such an effective liver detoxifier.

I'll leave you with this:

"Remove far from me vanity and lies: give me neither poverty nor riches; feed me with food convenient for me:" Pro 30:8

In His hands, ^__^

Glad you're feeling better.  My mom grew up during the Great Depression and they ate a lot of dandelion greens.  I guess that was a good thing.

When I was a child, we lived in the country and my Grandfather would come and pick the dandelion greens to add to his salad.

I hope this is the tail end of your sickness! It sure doesn't sound like fun! :0P
