The understatement of the Midwest and East...Snow...

yup,  14+ inches of snow all over the place.  It looks crisp and clean.
We are all well, everything is back to normal...ploughed, shoveled, scraped, and doorhugs in place.
Mr. PeasantHouse came home early from work yesterday...everyone went home...yesterday...this morning we had a replica of the Rockies at the foot of our driveway...plough (plow) had gone by...could not drive out of the garage...stayed home and shoveled, and shoveled.  Well, you know.

We have tons of pictures...but so does 2/3 of the nation.  Someone called this blizzard, "The Blizzard of Oz" cute...but it did not come from us, but from Alaska's Pacific waters...up in the sky.

I plan to show you some of my latest knitting projects soon, really.

I'll leave you with this:

"But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us."  Romans 5:8

In His hands,  ^__^

We received about 6 or 7 inches of snow. That's a lot for us.

Though the same stuff landed at our house, your yard snow is much prettier--no footprints. The kids got so excited over here, they even shoveled some of the yard!:)

Love from over here,
