and my hands (the dishwasher) doing the dishes. [age of sink, unknown, perhaps approaching antiquity; therefore, soon, I can sell it on ebay]Some of our friends are horrified that we do not have a dishwasher. I have to tell them that I used to have five dishwashers, but they all got married. (the children display an askew look and then wisper in their Momma's ear...) That story is getting too old to tell anymore.

We are Too Much, waaaaayyy too much!
Yesterday when DH got home and he read my blog, we found a comment by BellaMama asking why didn't I use a magnet..................(What?! that would have been too easy.)
DH said that when he told of my 'adventure' at the office, one of the guys said: "why doesn't she use a magnet?" DH answer that it was because the nails were brass. [you know 'guys': end of comment, end of conversation]
Just letting you know that the magnet thought crossed my mind several times; however, the very logical person that I am, I squelched the thought by responding with another thought of: "nah!, the nails are aluminium, so a magnet would not work" The thought came back again and again {do you think the Lord was telling me? sure He was!}
While laughing and laughing, DH said get one of the refrigerator magnets, and a brush nail and see what happens...You sure guessed it! the whole brush attached to the powerful magnet (recovered from a hard drive) which lives on my refrigerator door...we laughed for quite a long time, because we (both) were so sure the nails would not 'come' to the magnet.
Last I checked this morning, there were many birds eating the dough at the compost corral.
I have found that I am not as thorough as I believed myself to be. RED FLAG OF CAUTION TO ALL OF YOU WHO READ THIS: BE THOROUGH!

I'll leave you with this:
"Every word of God is pure: he is a shield unto them that put their trust in him.
Add thou not unto his words, lest he reprove thee, and thou be found a liar." Pro 30:5-6
In His hands, ^__^
